Originally wanted to put Ruby up against Captain Hook for a cool pirate theme. Sadly, he stomps.


Scenario: During her quest to stop Abyss, Ruby Heart finds herself on Neverland. When trying to leave, she's confronted by Peter Pan, who tells her she can't.

Rules:
High 6-B Peter is used
Starting distance is 10 meters
Battle takes place on the shores of Neverland
Win by any means necessary

While i couldn't find any showings of the rw (it's limited anyways), going by this thread the paralysis works by "completely block[ing] everyone that he wants, similiarly to a Time Stop" whatever that means. He does still need to be within range tho.

No worries

Peter’s Time Stop definitely doesn’t look combat applicable, but his Paralysis sounds fairly potent
 
So it seems like Ruby is forced to utilize her range advantage for the entirety of the fight or until the opportunity arises to beat the hell out of him in cqc where he wouldn't be able to use any of his hax? Is that an accurate analysis of the scenario?

I mean, that's not inaccurate.
 
So does anyone wanna add to this? So far Peters main win con is using his paralysis, while Rubys is getting up close and just blitzing him. Don't think her range advantage is doing much vs teleportation.
 
I think Ruby’s speed and skill advantage is just gonna lead to her getting in close and cleaning house with him. Peter may be an experienced manipulator and magic user, but he isn’t what I’d call a skilled fighter. Not to mention that he’s get slammed in terms of physical LS

Ruby FRA alongside the fact that Peter's magic null would probably be not that useful, only restricting her water pillars and maybe that damage-up orb she owns if one wanted to interpret that as magic. She could probably also just order her crew manning the Partenaire to bomb the hell out of him.
