We may not no a lot about the Daishinkan but we do know he far outclasses everyone here. None of these guys can beat Beerus and Whis can stomp Beerus and the Daishinkan super stomps Whis so yeah... He beats all of them with no effort. I know Zamasu is immortal but that's not gonna save him from the never ending but kicking he'll receive.
Round 1: Daishinkan stomps
Round 2: Same as round 1 but much worse plus Beerus can seal Zamasu
Round 3: Same as the other two plus Whis can bfr Zamasu
