Yeah he amped Saurophaganax, created Black T-Rex and potentially do both for Cryolophosaurus. I just thought that with the AP gap, 3 dinosaurs would be too much.

And yes he can do both, creating move cards and amp his Cryolophosaurus

I mean, it's less about too much and more about what the character would do logically. If he has a week and he knows that his only advantage is pure strength, then making an army of dinos would definitely be done.

Seth FRA. AP difference is so crazy that the dino could just breathe and wreck everything. Even more if Seth can just make even more dinos of the same power.

Although... If the Persona 1-2 2-B tier gets accepted, they'd be the strongest 2-B in raw power due to the "countless" statement...
