Character: Assuming design. Cynthia by a long mile. I like Mirei's design, but I like Cynthia's much more.

Personality: Tied.

Impact: Out of verse. Mirei is one of the main reasons to why Digimon is where it's at now. Matter of fact she's the reason the SGDL are even where they are at now. In-verse....I dunno. Cynthia maybe?
