Barry was able to dodge Farooq's electricity from some distance away in Season 1 before his amp, might yield something better than what we currently had.

He seems to be only able to dodge form distance and got hit in closed range at the start of the episode but he was way faster than the lightning when he saved Wells.

Speaking of Power Outage.
Farooq reduced a guy to blackened sinew by cooking him with 2400 degrees (I assume that's Fahrenheit) at his weakest known level, massively drained an entire power grid, and drained Star City, yet he couldn't get enough of pre-amp Barry's energies specifically and died trying to absorb his enhanced levels.
Not sure about Pre-Amp Barry scaling (I think it's close to his absolute maximum), but Post-Amp seemingly didn't even get his speed reduced by a longer siphon.

(these calculations are not my own, they are calculations that I found on the Internet, so I'm not 100% sure of their accuracy)
Barry and Kara working together arrest the Earth’s rotational energy, slowing it down. The Earth’s rotational energy is 50 exatons, so Barry and Kara were both 25 exatons. In season 8, Barry gets another feat.As stated in this video, if Barry doesn’t run at Mach 20 in 2 minutes it will destroy the world.
As we see in this video, Barry running caused global earthquakes, storms, and tsunamis, and if Thawne couldn’t catch Barry in 90 seconds the world would be destroyed. Based on these, Barry should be at least high 6-A, possibly/likely 5-C to low 5-B.
For Barry’s season 7 speed, we need to find Thawne’s speed.
Thawne made a speed mirage against Nora and Barry. This means he would have had to run between them before their brains could process what they were seeing.
A minute for Barry is 3 picoseconds for us. That makes one second for Barry 0.00000000000005 seconds for us.

I write this to tell you that flash is multi + because we saw in season 8 he destroyed timelines thanks to the stone that had on his chest, and he could destroy timelines only in 20 mach but as you know he was not fast enough to do it since we had stolen his speed but except that the flash of season 5 he can do it since according to the vsbw the calculations show that the flash of season 5 can go to ftl in a few seconds. So that means flash can destroy timelines with the stone that has on his chest in seconds. Are you valid or not?
