Speed equalized, no prep time, fight takes place in a Terraria world near the right edge of a map on a flat area spanning 500 meters in length. Each character starts 100 meters away from eachother and are willing to kill. Victory via death.

Assuming you mean that the fire manipulation wouldn't work on KS, I can agree with you on that standpoint. But the other minions (along with the cube god himself) don't utilize fire attacks. Going to add the vote anyway.

King slime's teleportation makes him appear near (or exactly on top of) the location of the opponent if they leave the range of it for a few seconds. Teleporting on top of the cube god would be a pretty dangerous option for the king slime, seeing that the barrage of projectiles from the cube defenders/blasters in conjuction with the cube god's shotgun would quickly shred them.

I'm not particularly sure about the kinetic energy of KS in kilotons yet, so I might change my mind depending on if it is revealed or not.

ok, maybe not really the fire, but atleast he can teleport around and confuse cube god
