ki and the fact that he was already familar with their level of power from yami. and in one of the first episodes he was mostly uneffected by yami´s.

i would also like to point out that the captains can coexsist without scaring or paralysing eachother, the word devil was completly unaffected by licht´s, the first wizard king was unaffected by demon licht´s, and patry was unaffected to yami´s. so beings of a similar or greater level in comparison to the user should be mostly unaffected if not completly immune (like rose and licht.). and as for asta being affected by Nozel and Fugeleon's i just reread the chapter his reaction was basically just him getting a little nervous and mentally remarking that they gave off a pressure similar to yami, that´s the effect two of them combined have on someone significatly weaker than one of them alone, rose is on licht´s level licht´s should have very little (if any) effect.

if turtling isnt in charater for her licht could just snipe her from a distance but this is demon licht who from what we´ve seen has no real intellegence and just moves forward destroying everything in his path so he cant/wont even do that leaveing him with no real way to win as far as i know, and if rose does turtle up licht cant touch her. in all honesty i dont see rose losing.

She doesn't use turtling in character. Even though he's pretty much mindless, he knew Lumière was his opponent so he aimed at him and even mortally hit him. And he still has size and area of effect to hit her.
