Steve stomps. All versions of Linx short of Epilogue get stomped. Because Steve can just insta kill him with /kill, time stop him, and heal himself IF Linx's durability negation actually matters. (Also, Willpower defense will not immediately activate either)

Eeh, it can be fair if this is epilogue base form Linx. He has Willpower Defense as a passive and has added abilities, though they aren't as busted as they are in Final Form, so that would probably make it fair.

Btw Linx vs. Steve is unfair since Steve is a 3-D high 3-a while linx is a 4-D one.
