Since I am planning on creating the God-tier profiles for the characters from Onmyoji, here is the basic scaling of said characters.
Starting off with Amaterasu, she should be "at least Large Planet level scaling off of her feat in which she became the Sun and illuminated the Earth, she should though get a "potentially High Universe level" rating due to the fact that she is the God-Empress of Light itself, and the first lights created the primordial Gods who split and created the world, the world has infinitely sized places. This is further supported by the fact that the Ame-no-Habikiri could create a Rift that has endless space and endless time, the Ame-no-Habikiri being a weapon that could reflect the power of the person it judges, and when facing a God can unleash world-destroying power.
So, who should scale?
Well, firstly the 6 Sins should scale to 1/6th of her power each. They are 6 avatars of Amaterasu.
Next up, Susano who could fight the 6 Sinful Gods at once. Susanoo should also get a ", higher with Ame-no-Habikiri" due to the fact that he wielded it.
Next is Orochi who could evenly fight Susano'o, nothing much to add regarding the fight. He himself later served as the Adjudicatur where he judged the world of it's sins. However in his fully released form he was able to wield 6 Ame-no-Habakiri's even while holding back which is noteworthy to say, while wielding one alone requires Susano'o level power. And was outright stated to be stronger than the gods in Takamagahara
Now for Asura and Taishakuten, Asura is the Executioner Orochi used is Asura
As for Taishakuten, Taishakuten managed to create one of his lotus flower thingies and disguised it as Amaterasu's sun and it tanked the Ame-no-Habikiri which was set on judging someone more sinful than Orochi.
Speed wise, the god tiers should all be around SoL, given that they fought Amaterasu who uses light for literal attacks. I'll concretely calculate the speeds eventually, and make a specific CRT for Speed.
In this CRT I'll only cover Amaterasu's abilities because if I'm still not completely through the game and Amaterasu's abilities are the easiest to count:
Light Manipulation (She is the Goddess of Light, she can control light itself), Life Manipulation & Death Manipulation (She separated Life and Death), Concept Manipulation (She created Love and Sin), Creation (Like all Gods, she took place in creating the mountains, rivers, seas, etc.), Transmutation (Can turn herself into a giant statue), Portal Creation (she can create portals to go between locations and realms), Non-Physical Interaction (scaling from low tier characters who can interact with the spiritual world, where ghosts, souls, etc. exist), Self Sustenance (She existed since the start of the world, self explanatory), Telekinesis (She lifted Takamagahara while being the Sun), Large Size (Type 4, her face is larger than a mountain), Pocket Reality Manipulation (She created 6 realms), Sealing (She sealed the 6 Sinful Gods into the 6 Realms), Immortality (Not sure which type, Gods can only be "killed" if their Divinity is destroyed), Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Extrasensory Perception (Can see despite her eyes being covered), Regeneration, Inorganic Physiology (She isn't an organic human), Avatar Creation (She created the 6 Sins who are her scans are in the thingy above), Corruption (The 6 Sinful Gods are her, and they are able to corrupt and destroy the minds of humans), Mind Manipulation (the 6 sins destroy the minds of humans)
