According to Quantum Physics, humans can collapse multiple universes by looking at a particle, making them at least 2-C. This also applies to every character that is human, upgrading a huge part of fiction.

In that case, he's actually universal, because he can just turn the universe into a Bomb.
 
Annoying Dog is omnipotent because he represents Toby Fox.

Tori-Bot is omnipotent because he represents Toriyama.

Ignore those last two, every character representing an author is omnipotent because they're authors.

Chara is beyond omnipotence because they one shotted the player, who exists above fiction, every Undertale character scales to Chara, so every Undertale character is beyond omnipotence, aside from the Annoying Dog who's fodder.

DIO Over Heaven is omnipotent because he can overwrite reality and do anything he wants.

Buuhan stated he is omnipotent, therefor he is clearly omnipotent. Vegito, and every mid tier DBS character are above omnipotence for being stronger than him.

Four dimensional objects are composed of cells. Humans (and many other things) are also composed of cells. Single cell organisms can affect us, so they scale.

Through 100% accurate means I've procured the weight of these items at 461.757 grams. Making that would take 4.150065*10^16 joules. And as this was a tiny portion of his power, we must multiply this result by 10^32 to get 4.150065*10^48 Joules, or 41.5 Kilofoe

As early as the very first arc in Dragon Ball, Kid Goku and everybody who scales is High 2-A due to Yamcha being able to bounce off the manga's frame when he was knocked back by Goku.

Tien also stated that the gap in power between him and a weakened Super Saiyan Goku is "dimensions apart" so that makes Android 19, Android 20 and everybody who scales have at least 7-D power.

Later, In the Majin Boo Saga, Piccolo also stated that he and Shin are dimensions apart, meaning that late Cell Saga characters have and everybody who scales to Shin in the slightest (including transformations) have 9-D power.

It has been stated that the Potara multiplier is AXB. Since Goku and Vegeta have 9-D power, this means that Vegito has 81-D strength. Since Vegito had to at least use Super Saiyan against Buuhan, Buuhan is on the same dimension of strength. This backward scales to SSJ3 Gotenks, Gohan and Super Buu. Gotenks's base form is likely 9-D as well, making SSJ3 multiply your dimensional strength by 9x.

Later, in Battle of Gods, Goku states that even Fusion (which should include a 729-dimensional in power SS3 Vegito) can't beat Beerus. Since Goku went from 9-D strength to 729-D strength with SSG, Super Saiyan God increases your dimensions by 81x

Base Goku from this point on is 729 dimensional, thereby making his God forms (SSG and SSB) have 59,049-D strength.

Anyone who can affect the World of Void is High 1-B since it is stated to be infinite, even with these high standards. Time still affects the World of Void (which totally means infinite dimensional time) and Jiren transcends time, making him 1-A.
 
Jotaro actually has Power Mimicry. He can copy all hax abilities and use it via Star Platinum. All he has to do to copy someone's power is to say "So it's the same type of Stand as Star Platinum."
 
There's a statement in a Naruto databook somewhere that said Kurama inside Naruto can turn the planet to Ash. Now turning a planet to Ash is definitely vaporization and that means Kurama is at least Planet Level+, this alone will make Bijuu Mode Naruto Planet Level+ to Large Planet Level, with Large Planet Level+ or even Dwarf Star Level for Bijuu Sage Mode. This means Six Paths Sage Mode Naruto is Dwarf Star Level+ at the very least, potentially higher.

Now please note that the data book statement talks about the Kurama sealed inside Naruto, which means it's only half of Kurama. EoS Naruto has both halves of Kurama, which means his power is doubled. This means New Era SPSM Naruto is definitely Small Star Level at the very least, far higher, (Solar System Level?) with Asura Kurama Mode.

Kars' Hamon was compared to the sun by Stroheim, therefore Ultimate Kars is Star level. That would scale to Joseph who survived being hit by it, which then backscales to the rest of Part 2, making everything after that part Star level.

In a bonus chapter, one of the heroes stated that Vaccine Man's power was a dimension above theirs, so he is 4-D. This scales to Saitama of course.

The Tournament of Power Arena is inside the Null Realm, a world outside of the DB Multiverse without space and time. Therefore, everyone who participated in the Tournament of Power has Immeasurable speed.
 
^Jiren is Irrelevant though because he transcends the concept of time as stated in the fight against Hit.
