Why is he 4-C again? Holding a star does not make you 4-C, this should be pretty obvious. It's only a lifting strength feat at best.

Preventing the sun from dying with a light bulb isn't an ap feat, this doesn't scale to Courage as all he did was insert a light bulb on the sun. It was not his own power.
