Well, Antasma is powered by the Dark Stone, which contains all the dreams of Pi'illo Island across the ages.

But Count Bleck was going to erase Dream Depot, which contains all the dreams from the world as far back as time goes.

Count Bleck was definitely destroying countless more universes, and hax doesn't seem to be going either way... but I'd probably say Count Bleck with reality warping and such.

I vote Count Bleck, and kinda easy for him.
