Could Kid Icarus get a power Upgrade?

Could they perhaps get an upgrade to at least island level. I mean yeah Hades only destroyed mountains; however he would be able to do that casually. It feels kind of underwhelming to see hades only at Mountain level considering his status and power. Seeing Palutena at City Level is very underwhelming as well. I feel that they should be at least 6-C.

oh i know that. i didn't want to post reasons until someone commented.

my reason is that if hades controls every single thing in the underworld shouldn't his power be able to manipulate it at will? Of course as you've seen my reasons can easily be shot down but i argue with what i know.

From what I've seen the underworld is far larger than some mountain. It is the size of a large country or small continent. And if someone can manipulate something to the fullest could they also destroy and recreate it? this is just a baseless assumption. but give me your thoughts. i trust your judgement of things like this.

Full manipulation of something is dubious, as we aren't sure how far their control influences what they manipulate. It could mean something as simple as bending around a little to completely eradicating it.

well palutena did state that hades is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. but that's all that was said.
