Seems fair.

Speed is equalized, Spender is fused with Lucifer.

Spender - 0

Corvo - 6 (Weekly, Apies, Crimson, Dragon, Core, Tactical)

Time stop sure is useful
I was waiting until someone would say that.

Spirit Trance. Spender can turn it on and blitz Corvo. Seeing a masked man with a gun would spook him enough to resort to it, he's actually much less overconfident when it comes to humans.

Also, if Corvo's Possession is Spiritual in nature, this happens.

Although I think it was Physical/Mental from the description.

I mean...Its not like Corvo to just let his opponents see him, nor does he actually use a gun that often, he usually sticks to his crossbow and sword

Also i just realized Corvo should have limited matter manipulation with Shadow Kill seeing as he turns the people he kills into ash

Wouldn't SBA start with the characters looking at each other?

Spender would still probably resort to Spirit trance just as likely as corvo would enable Time Stop, seeing as Corvo typically uses it to counter/evade attacks.

That's Transmutation, not matter manip.

They start at the maximum distance for their range, which in this case would be several dozen meters apart.

How does he activate Spirit Trance? He'd need to activate it and cross the gap in the time it takes Corvo to think.

Yeah, still its a thing he has

Okay so both think and time is now stopped as Spender is frozen in place ready to charge an opponent that wont be there when time is unfrozen. During this time Corvo, depending on the mindset, can shoot multiple sleep or incendiary darts in Richard's path, or a few bullets, or a grenade or two, or stick a sticky grenade to him, or set a few springrazor traps on his body, or knock him out with a Dunwall Chokehold, stab him in the chest and reduce him to ash, or...you get the idea.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna have to agree with Weekly here. If Spender had used Shadow Chasm in his fight with Forge sooner it'd be tougher to call, but Time Stop is pretty OP. When is Corvo likely to pull out Time Stop?

Wouldn't that be inconclusive, then? If Spender pulls off Spirit Trance first he'd be able to kill Corvo before he even realises what's going on.

Possibly? Does Spender have a way of sensing Corvo if he tries to Blink into stealth rather than leading with bend time?

He can light up the entire environment, which would make Stealth harder to pull off, but no, Spender doesn't have stuff like enhanced senses.

However, if Corvo tries to escape into a shadowy area, and Spender catches him, he probably gets EE'd.

It's a good thing Corvo can see heat signatures, lines of sight, and has precog to see where the opponent is going to go, and also has springrazor traps he can set up on the fly that would shred Spender

Do we use game mechanics such as auto time slow when Corvo is detected by enemy? Also,Corvo just needs to concentrate teleportation ability to stop time (But Time stop effect will turn off if he moves, but he can turn 360 degree as much as he wishes) .He does that instantly.

Corvo is the same,he can turn around for 360' but nothing more, time stop fades if he for example goes forward suddenly.

No? Corvo can move freely in stopped time. What youre thinking of is the time stop that happens when he uses Blink

I mean, that's assuming Corvo can get out of sight and put a meaningful distance between him and Spender before Spender activates Spirit Trance and blitzes.

So far in scenarios:

Corvo uses timestop or Spender uses Spirit Trance, whichever one activates first wins the match.

Corvo stealths and Spender uses Spirit Trance or tries to find him, the former he has a change of catching Corvo before he gets enough distance/cover, the latter Spender's very dead.

Also, what's Corvo's AP?

Spender is inferior, but comparable to this feat:
300 Megajoules
Oof, Spender's 219 Megajoules.

So, Corvo has a better chance of surviving Spirit Trance if Spender manages to pull it off, though if he's in a shadow when Spender uses spirit trance he's done for.

Thinking that Corvo takes this.

So, I'll start counting votes;

Corvo - 3 (Weekly, Apies, Crimson)

Spender - 0

Poor guy. Has EE and blitzy speed amps and still loses, lol.

Sorry Dar, but Time Manip is just plain broken.
Actually it's Corvo's AP/Stealth that's winning him this, lol
