Well we aren't DeathBattle, so some of the matches shouldn't really be to the death, and the characters don't have to be willing to kill (but KOs or incapacitations can also do)

You know, one time the Mask was actually sweet talked by Kathy into taking the Mask off, she even dressed up like a hooker to make sure she could trick him (Haruka here is taking it a step further). Although he was kinda off guard at the moment.

Kathy had extensive prior knowledge of how the mask worked by that point, having not only witnessed her husband and Kellaway's actions with it as well as having figured out that the entities' powers come from wearing it, but also having worn it herself prior to that.

Haruka does not have that going for her.

Honestly I can't think of a way for Haruka to win outside of making a Shinobi Barrier then exiting it without letting him leave since the opponent can only leave a Barrier if the creator allows.

But Shinobi Barriers have not been used like that even once throughout the entirety of the series by anyone so mayhaps this is a stomp.

Exept he cannot aply it to the enemy direcly, so resistances don't matter at all. He bends reality for himself.

And he can't resist seeing illusions, how do we know that Haruka won't put him under an illusion to make the Mask think he's winning and take his mask off?

Every last cell in my brain just said "what?".

Even when its wearers are finished killing one person, they don't just take off the mask afterwards. In fact, it's actually shown on numerous occasions that the mask influences its wearers to continue wearing the mask the more they kill, getting them addicted to doing increasingly chaotic and violent shit with its powers.

Besides that...why in the **** would the wearer just toss the mask away because he's winning the fight?

This seems a bit unfair to me as well. I can think of maybe one character in SK who could potentially have a fair match with Mask.

Hundreds of people in Mask's universe failed to realize Big Head was wearing a mask. He simply appeared to be a normal guy with an abnormally large green head.

Also, it's shown in-series that outside forces can't remove the Mask. The wearer has to take it off themselves. Walter even tried pulling the Mask off by force and all he managed to do was stretch Big Head's neck in a cartoonish manner.
