About the calculation, I believe it was not deleted. Is that now to access the blogs of NarutoForums is necessary to be with a forum account and have already commented at least 25 times in the forum. If you have not done so, blogs can not be accessed.

There was a highlighted thread where it was explained why posting 25 times to access a blog is now necessary. I think they have some kind of problem with spamming and some other stuff so you shouldn't call it dumb.
Also, Ryüko doesn't have stat amping anymore, but she has afterimages. Maybe that would be useful.

Well Ryukama said Ryüko loses everything except mind / memory resistance, afterimages, possibly flight, shockwaves and Regenerationn since those are her natural abilities.
I never watched the OVA, so dunno if she retains that.
