Curse Mark level 2 Sasuke from Part I (56 kilotons) << BoS Kakashi < BoS Kakashi with Raikiri, which was able to casually one-shot Zabuza, who was on par with Kakashi. So basically Kakashi scales at least 1.5-2x above a 56 kt feat, and then Raikiri is able to one-shot that.
