Note: His Transmutation is only applicable when he can somehow incapacitate his target, so Cool Cat can still evade it somehow (Speed being equalized helps) and his Mind Manipulation (WHICH ISN'T MIND CONTROL) he only uses it to induce pain (and isn't capable of mind control) and I believe he can somehow tolarate it given his happiness (however he isn't immune to it). Plus he doesn't really use it in character. Also since speed is equalized he CAN dodge the axe. And this isn't a stomp in Cool Cats favor since The Executioner certainly has more combat experience and he has his trusty axe.

I'm pretty sure that Cool Cat is at a major disadvantage here. You have two people fighting to the death. One of them is a man who leaves a trail of blood wherever he goes and regularly murders people just for ***** and giggles. The other is a weird furry who is probably a pedo and has been in a couple wrestling matches I guess.

I'm mostly exaggerating here, but you get the point. It doesn't help that the Executioner is a brutish monster on his own, and is now bloodlusted, while Cool Cat is probably gonna say "he's being a big bully" or whatever.
