How do we treat multiple small explosions as AP/Durability in terms of calcing them? Like Would say, 10 9-C explosions be just 9-C or 9-B/9-A? For exact figures, do we just add the Tons of TNT of each explosion together?
 
9-C. We don't stack them by default, for the same reason why you standing in front of a fan for a hour wouldn't make you 9-B+ (The amount of energy expanded by said fan over a hour).
Or why the earth isn't like tier 4 for taking negligible sun energy for a billion years.

The energy you get hit by isn't the same as the energy you get hit by moments later. In that same vain, the energy of one explosion is what you get, destroying a city with a million punches doesn't make you city, that's just a million tier 8 attacks still.

So tanking all the blasts total would basically yield the same as tanking any individual one on the current rules?
