Very simple upgrade, her Striking Strength is currently listed as Wall Class but it has no reason to not scale to her AP while using Rose's Sword.

I disagree.
Connie’s swords shouldn’t have 7-A AP in the first place, as they explicitly ignore dura against gems (Bismuth outright says that the sword was designed to poof gems but be completely incapable of shattering them) and this is even acknowledged on the profile. Heck, the profile for the sword even notes that its AP depends on how strong its wielder is

Though I could definitely see a LS upgrade via Connie being able to consistently withstand the force of strikes from Pearl without being overwhelmed
