Concept Manipulation Resistance Question

Would predating concepts count as Resistance to Concept Manipulation? Also, if you can resist a characters conceptual controls of a specific ability, say Physics Manipulation, would that count as resistance to Concept Manipulation or just the aforementioned ability that can be used at a conceptual level?

No. Coming before something wouldn't mean an inherent resistance to it. Not in my book, at least.

How about resistanting a characters conceptual levels of control over a specific level? Would that mean resistance to (Ability) or Resistance to Conceptual Manipulation? Also IIRC, I think there a few characters that have resistance to concept for predating concepts.

For your first question... probably both? You'd be resisting that concept and that ability.
