If a Character A uses Conceptual Manipulation(Type 3) against Character B, who has Resistance to Conceptual Manipulation(Type 1), would the latter automatically resist the former's hax?

Does being Resistant to Conceptual Manipulation(Type 1) mean you also resist the other types?

Would the same be true if the was Resistance was for Type 2?

So obviously CM Type 2 would laugh off CM Type 3
