the answer to that is simple, have her plants slowly raise her at a constant rait. That way if she falters she will not dessend but mearly ascend at a slightly slower rait momentarily.

That aside, you assume she will falter, do you have grounds for this assumption?

If he ended up with his helicopter what would she do? Even if she got to him, he could just jump out and let the helicopter crash, by the time she could steady it back out from falling itd be to late, she'd be dead.
