Either way Kishin's fear inducement and flight should make an advantage for him. Though speedy Cinder is speedy. Gonna go with Kishin due to him never being 'tired' before and for being a smart opponent and preventing a person from using their powers. They needed a deus ex machina to kill him after all lol, anime wise at least.
