chun li had higher speed and the same stats as prime all might so with speed equalized it seems like a tie but I think Chun Li with high difficulty because she has ranged attacks

Going with Chun-Li. She has higher Durability. Also All Might causes harm to himself with his power and can only maintain them for a limited time.
