Two muscled up men going at it! Personally I think Tank beats Chris, but I think that Chris would be able to outsmart him.
 
Also based on Chris's feats, I highly doubt Tank could just kill him by throwing a car at him or something. Plus being a army soldier with multiple tours of duty in Afghanistan means that Chris likely had Military combat experience.
