I know people say Chris VS Monokuma is better, but Monokuma and Junko are literally the same person (Monokuma acts as a disguise for Junko), so I don’t know where they’re getting at.

Story: As Chris was looking for a new location to set up his newest season of Total Drama, he notices various robotic bears roaming the streets wreaking havoc among the people who are resisting. Upon learning that the very person responsible for this event was the Ultimate Despair herself, it was time for Chris to prepare himself as he makes his way towards Hope’s Peak. Junko had realized that Chris is coming after her, so it was time for her to fight back.

Speed is equalized, the higher rating of Chris is being used, Junko is controlling Monokuma, and the battle takes place at Hope’s Peak Academy. Chris is just outside the building, while Junko is at the control room. Chris has 1 week of preparation and access to all of his equipment.

It looks like Chris has the means to hack the Monokumas and put them out of commission. This and his helicopter's magnet would be a problem for Junko and her tech. Junko has some crazy precognition abilities though, so she may be able to see this coming and counter him. Then again, one of her weaknesses is to allow herself a chance to lose so she feels Despair. If Chris can close the gap and get his hands on her before she can unleash the Despair Video and mindhax him, he can beat her with physicals alone, especially LS. His teleportation should help with this. However, that precog is still a problem. It could go either way, I think.

Junko's social influencing also counts as Madness Manipulation so he'd need to resist that as well if he would wanna fight it off.

would depend on if Chris can hack into the control system that controls the Monokumas, which Monokuma stated "My remote control system is so complex, even the folks at NASA can't recreate or even comprehend it!" so it'd be pretty difficult to get a grasp and Junko would likely know about the hacking and prepare in advance for it.

Junko would see it coming, her precog only requires her to see Chris once which she'll be able to do through one of the Monokumas or just herself and she'll know his personality, abilities, thoughts, and history of her foes. she'll know about everything Chris has and could do.

he wouldn't really be able to get pass her insanely high durability if he was able to get close, which can withstand blows that one-shot characters like Mondo Owada who scales to the same value she does (173.9399522 Kilotons), he would need to use one of his tranquilizer darts, sleeping gas, or tranquilizer balls to put her down but she would see this coming thanks to her Precog + analytical skills. and she could just talk to Chris which counts as Madness Manipulation enough to drive ppl to become suicidal, homicidal and "full of despair".

personally Junko should take this pretty easily, Chris would have to find her first which is gonna be a task of its own well clearing out Monokumas, plus even if he found her, Junko tends to keep at least one Monokuma on her at all times and wouldn't resist a chance to cause someone to fall into despair which characters only really break free from if they have the Ultimate Hope on their side. that alongside her precog allowing her to know what Chris can and would do in situations means she'll have the tools in order to win and well she does leave holes in her plans so she can fall into Despair herself, these holes take a good while to actually find and take ahold of which is how she was able to go under the cover of Monokuma for so long on multiple occasions.
