Katakuri is 5.1 teratons at least because Luffy in gear fourth was stated to be 3 times stronger then when he first fought Doflamingo. Doflamingo has a 1.7 teraton feat.TheFinalOrder said:

Katakuri casually see a few minutes into a future out of combat and in combat. All naruto precog is mostly just muscle movement and reading chakra signals, both of which are countered by Katakuri's awakening.
Naruto could bind him and immobolize him, but so can Katakuri with his Mochi power.
Also, Naruto has shitty regen. It might be an advantage of Katakuri was close to Naruto's level, but he outclasses him with sheer ap.
Katakuri also has stupidly high stamina and his precog allowing him to see into the future probably means he will likely not be hit by many of narutos moves.
And if the haki revisions go through... he is probably clairvoyant as well, meaning he will know which jutsu's of naruto will do damage to him and which to avoid. The only saving grace is he can maybe seal Katakuri like he did with Kaguya, but
A. I believe this is only a jutsu in sage of six paths mode/
B. Even if it wasn't, Katakuri haki will probably warn him and he will probably just end the fight before naruto can pull it off.
Finally, ignoring the above. Katakuri has way better regen then naruto does, as he regenerate his upper body part being blown off by friendly fire.
I say Katakuri via higher AP, precog, higher stamina, Regenerationn and possible clairvoyance.

As to mention, Naruto has basically infinite sealing Jutsu at any time in form of "Jinton Rasengan". It is enough to seal a Limbo Clone of Madara away.
And theoretically Naruto could really just mutiply himself by a 100 like in every thread ever and rush him with Jinton Rasengan. Notable too, that Naruto has excessive experience in fighting precog, considering half his enemies have that ability (every single Uchiha). As to "level of precog". Considering Luffy and Sanji can defend or dodge his attacks and Luffy still hit him, the level of Katakuri's precog is rather spongy, since, in OP words, "everyone can change the future".

Sanji only dodged Katakuri's attack due to it having killing intent. With Luffy his precog is slowly getting to the levels of Katakuri's as they fight. That was already explained by Slivers how Haki works, and I'm almost positive nobody in Naruto has precog on the levels of Katakuri'. And even with Luffy's precog getting better he's still getting seriously overwhelmed by Katakuri due to his precog amongst other things.

Katakuri can see a possible futura. Sharingan can see the absolute future of physical movement ahead. That, in my opinion, is actually better than Katakuri, considering that someone else with Haki can mess up Katakuris predictions. With Sharingan, that is not possible. They will see how you move in any case, no matter your action.

Katakuri can look several minutes into the future, has Presence detection and emotion sensing. That's certainly better than any Sharigan user. And actually Katakuri can indeed see the actual future, it's just that when facing a Kenbunshoku user who's just as skilled as him can change the future he foresees. And with its Sharingan it's pretty easy to trick, it's muscle based precog which can be easily countered meanwhile Kenbunshoku Haki is both mind and sound based.

katakuri wins. Naruto has that calc from an attack that can only be used once, and he would die if he did use it. if this were sm Naruto from the last though....

How can you counter muscle and power based Precog easily? There is literally a single character in Naruto that can, and that is Naruto. He is the ONLY one, since he and Kurama work in Sync unkind any other pair. And Katakuri does seem to have limitations. He can see farther into the future, but not perfecty, since he could not see the way to Pudding falling to her knees. He could just see Pudding dropping.
Naruto has Emotion and Presence Detection too, and both are arguably far superior than Katakuri's.
But further precog discussion will have to wait for the Busho-Haki Thread.

actually, there is a theory that Naruto could've used his emotion sensing from kurama before actually having had control over it (moments like him saying that haku was evil when collecting zabuza's supposedly dead body, even though kakashi said it was ok, or how he knew sasuke wanst gonna kill him the 1st vote. u never know men)

Since when can Katakuri see several minutes into the future? All of his feats seem to indicate several seconds.

It is shown that Katakuri can, at least outside of combat, look at least a minute into the future at the Wretched Wedding. He sees Pudding Drop to her knees far before she actually does it. Cannonically, it seems to indicate at least a minute. This, however, has never been shown in combat.

Okay, I'm going to make several things clear:
1) Katakuri can see several seconds into the future (anywhere between 5-9... not sure), but he can not see what the result is of his actions--should he choose to make any. This isn't an invincible ability, but some people seem to downplay it here by suggesting severe limitations that wouldn't really factor in when he is focused and in combat with the exception of losing the ability to see the future if he goes berserk.
2) Katakuri's devil fruit may be a Paramecia, but it functions very similarly to how Logia's use them to avoid taking damage. He can reform from being blasted in half by an attack very casually, for example. It's safe to say he's comparable to a logia, which can reform from being shattered into several pieces, or even small fragments.
3) Katakuri has higher end "Mid" Regen, might as well be "High-Mid". Naruto has "Low-Mid" ONLY in his tailed forms... Low normally.
4) Katakuri has over a 65% AP Advantage NOT factoring in Haki (We do NOT factor in Haki with their statistics [Except for Gear 4th Luffy since he obviously has to use it to maintain Gear 4th]).
5) Katakuri can change the form of his body with very minimal limitations. He can give himself 24 arms, or 24 legs that are drastically longer than his original ones.
6) He has Awakening, so think of Doflamingo's Awakening, but with Mochi. He can even merge with his awakened Mochi to move with it.
If someone tries to make an argument that Naruto's Rasenshurikan would just destroy Katakuri's cells, I will laugh because Katakuri's body turns into Mochi and thus avoids the damage for the most part, and again--his durability is too high (still wondering why it's labeled as "dura negating")

I've not voted because I feared this would be kinda of a crush.
But Cin, in the end, Rasenshuriken will harm him. Definitely not kill him. But harm him. Mochi is cell based and Rasenshuriken destroys Cells.
