It's been a while since I visited this wiki, and I heard new 2-A standard makes any AE type 1 to be baseline in size. Though I don't think it should affects Madoka too much due to the PMMM weird cosmology.

Everyone in 2-A is baseline in size nowadays. Only character scaling chains get you any higher.

I actually understand the new standard pretty much. My only issue is that in PMMM case, one of the Multiverse literally cannot be access without some sort of gateway, even if it exists within baseline range.

Regardless, a verse would have to.make a thread to prove that they actually scale above baseline nowadays, which requires such specific information that you'd think that author was from the site.
