Tbf, if Bill is actually serious, then everybody here who doesn't have Godly Regen, some good Immortality or some way of quickly killing Bill before he can even attack, gets one-shot.

I take that he becomes 4D given that he started as a 2D, then 3D, logically he'd become 4D.
