Chaos Heart concerns

From my understanding, Super Paper Mario top tiers scale to 2-B via the Chaos Heart opening The Void which would've destroyed the multiverse if not stopped. However, the destruction seemed more gradual than immediate.

It's also stated here that The Void's destruction was happening "by the day ".

Unless there's something I'm missing (very likely), I belive the SPM top tiers should be downgraded to Low 2-C.

Actually, that quote is emphazing more on how no dimension is safe from it. The Void created by the Chaos Heart is omnipresent across different worlds and there are more quotes that support that all worlds will end all at once rather than one by one quotes you have found. In fact, it was in the beginning on the game. As you can see with Dimentio, the worlds were going to be destroyed immediately after finding the proper host and fusing it with the Chaos Heart.
