I don't really like how Denji was written in this chapter.

You think so? Denji acts like himself in this chapter, apart from the fact that he's willing to obey someone to get what he wants, which is answers. Why? Not sure myself, but that’s news for Tuesday. Denji just seems sick of Public Safety since he believes they took part in Nayuta’s murder. But here’s what we’ve seen about Denji in this chapter:
1. Willing to obey orders to get what he wants. Contrary to his past actions of obeying women for money or sexual favors.
2. Sick of Public Safety and has no regard for their lives since he believes they took part in Nayuta’s death.
3. Is Aware of Yoru’s bullshit but continues to obey her because he wants answers, contrary to how he was aware when women mocked or dehumanized him, but blindly ignores it for the sake of the female and his personal mindset.
And that’s pretty much it. I’ve been on Twitter recently and have seen people discussing or being disappointed with it, but it’s not really that big of a deal? It’s just the beginning of some answers, so I’m curious about your thoughts.
191 was defo not a chapter for character development, but moreso a chapter focused on why Yoru should turn Denji into a weapon because of the nearing prophecy. However, everything else is build up which will be released in the future, and I'd like to think that it would be worth it. That's just me though.

Also why isn't Yoru's reaction speed sub relativistic when she can literally react to her weaponification?

1. That wasn't the Finger Gun that was used against Darkness- note how Makima doesn't say "Bang," which she always does when using the Finger Gun, even when making a tiny hole in her hand (Ch. 94) In fact it couldn't have been the Finger Gun, given how the Finger Gun was only in play after she beat 20% Gun.
2. There's nothing that suggests the Four Horsemen should all automatically be relative to each other. Case in point: Nayuta. In fact, if we're going by Revelations, each Horsemen should be worse than the last, meaning Conquest is the weakest.
3. They don't automatically scale to the Primal Fears. Death is OP because she's also a Primal Fear besides being a Horseman, and Fami's hax totally ignores strength. Makima and Yoru both get embarrassed by Primals.
Her ranged Weaponification automatically homes in her weapons into position, she doesn't react to anything, they just naturally slot into place.

Kinda sad that Power vs. Choso is a stomp, and adjusting the conditions just changes who stomps who.
