Chainsaw Man - Aki and Denji AP CRT

The purpose of this thread is to show that both Denji and Aki should be 9-A or Small Building level.
And that's about it. So Aki and Denji should be Small Building level or 0.0067 Tons of TNT
  • Power wasn't trying to kill him, she just needed him dazed so she could offer him up live to the Bat Devil
  • Denji and Aki are hitting him in a weak spot and doing it repeatedly, wearing down an already weak area and making it even weaker
  • She wasn't trying to harm him
  • Long was pretending to be unconscious, so she wasn't resisting his restraint

  • Power wasn't trying to kill him, she just needed him dazed so she could offer him up live to the Bat Devil
He didn't need to be alive to be eaten. Power had no compassion for Denji at this point, and she was already planning on killing him so I don't see why she would be holding back.
  • Denji and Aki are hitting him in a weak spot and doing it repeatedly, wearing down an already weak area and making it even weaker
Fair.
  • She wasn't trying to harm him
She was clearly throwing a punch, and being powered up even a casual hit should be comparable to her base. Also worth noting she wasn't exactly trying super hard when she did her Small Building level feat.
  • Long was pretending to be unconscious, so she wasn't resisting his restraint
also fair.

I have some other feats for Dennis.
  • One shot a fiend
  • Fought alongside Power against Kishibe, who rated both of their moves "100/100" suggesting comparability
  • Killed various devils before the series began

  • Power wasn't trying to kill him, she just needed him dazed so she could offer him up live to the Bat Devil
Nothing indicates that Power isn't trying to kill him. Power wants Denji so she can feed him to the Bat Devil so she can get her cat back
  • Denji and Aki are hitting him in a weak spot and doing it repeatedly, wearing down an already weak area and making it even weaker
Fair
  • She wasn't trying to harm him
A powered-up punch is still going to be above a regular attack, and her regular attacks are currently accepted as 9-A. Also it's implied that Power doesn't know how to hold back her own strength in this own state, with herself commenting the amount of power she had behind that punch
  • Long was pretending to be unconscious, so she wasn't resisting his restraint
Aight

Bat Devil's disposition and behavior during the scene implies that he wanted a live human to feed on (for example, refers to Denji's blood as "brimming with life force" prior to scooping him up to feed on)
She was clearly throwing a punch, and being powered up even a casual hit should be comparable to her base.
It definitely didn't look like it was meant to be one that actually did anything. Keep in mind that at this point they are pretty close. It may be comparable to her base or not, she displays basically no control over her strength in that state so any showings would be pretty much all over the place. And even just within the bounds of Wall level it'd be totally possible for her to launch Denji up to the ceiling
Also worth noting she wasn't exactly trying super hard when she did her Small Building level feat.
She wasn't exactly casual about it, either. She went overkill with leaping from a rooftop and making a huge hammer, and she behaved pretty frenzied over the idea of shedding some blood

It's not clear what Devil the Fiend spawned from, and given how casually it was killed it probably wasn't a very notable/strong one.

It was their answers to his pop quiz that Kishibe gave a perfect score to

That was with Pochita

Theres also Aki getting into a fistfight with power offscreen

Changing to agree

It was offscreen and evidently he didn't do too hot. Plus this is at a point in the series where Denji and Power low-key are pretty fond of him, so Power may not have even been trying to actually box the guy and just ended hurting him by accident like with Denji

He's not exactly tanking it, he gets knocked out and feels it for a while. Plus it could have been casual or even held-back, seeing as Kishibe's able to do worse and straight-up snap Denji's neck with just a one-armed bear hug
He's referring to them eventually being able to defeat him, after a significant amount of training. And throughout training Denji is usually using cutting weapons like axes, which would focus his AP enough to actually harm Kishibe

All told, I'm not averse to guys like Aki and Denji downscaling from Power and getting to something like 9-B+ or baseline 9-A, after all Denji wasn't all too banged up by a dura feat that puts him a pretty good ways into 9-B, but scaling more or less 1:1 seems a bit iffy

Why wasn't this brought up first

This is probably the best evidence towards him scaling to fiends though were only assuming Beam is comparable to power for no real reason on his profile
They're considered comparable as both are rather prevalent fears, especially under the fair assumption that Jaws exists in the Chainsaw Man universe, with the film and the book it adapts spreading mass misinformation about shark behavior and altered public perception of them to the point that it skewed legislature relevant to them and made conservation efforts so difficult that both Spielberg and the book's author have expressed a level of regret for making Jaws in the first place.
