He is fighting Limit Breaker Jiren from the Tournament of Power using his Full Power (SSJ4)

Speed Equalized.

Lettice: Full Power is at least comparable to that fanfic's Goku at Full Power, who after quite a while after the ToP (at least decades after) is comparable to ToP Kefla in a severely restricted Base Form and has access to SSJ1 - 4 , God, Blue , Blue Kaio-Ken x 50.

I'll give some feedback since this has been ignored for a week:

AP:

This one is tough.... LB Jiren is = MUI Goku (Prior to Rage Boost) who is >>> Jiren (Full Power)>=UIO 3rd>>> SSJ2 Kefla >> UIO 2nd >= Post-ToP SSB/KKx20 / Ultra Blue Vegeta >> UIO 1st >= Casual Jiren


Lettice's Base has to be actually marginallly superior to Goku's (Post-Story) as he can match Goku's Mastered Ultra Instinct SSB and Caulifilias Mastered Ultra Instinct SSJ4 with only SSJ4 (which is far weaker than MUI).

So Base Lettice (Woulld have to be equal or surpassing his at least his SSJ3 to SSG form with just his base at this point to even be a challenge to MUI SSJ4/Blue... Much less surpassing them in power ) >>>>>>>>> Base Goku (Post-Story) >>> Base Goku (7-Years after Marrying Cauli) >>> Base Goku (Post-7 years Training) >>> SSJ2 Kefla... So it's safer to assume that after Marrying Cauli ..> Goku is on the level of UIO 3rd from the ToP.... And Lettice is far superior to UIO 3rd... aka he's at FP Jiren's level in base.

Use transformations then and it's easier to see who likely takes this via power.... Lettice wins this section

Experience:

Jiren takes it. Lettice can learn excetionally quickly... But fighting Jiren i an altogether different beast... Although he can adapt quicker due to have similar AP starting off.

P&A: Jiren doesn't really have any... Neither does Lettice... Moving on

Meaning IMHO if JIren doesn't end the fight before Lettice unleashes his FP.... He may oneshot. If not, Jiren takes it.... So Inconclusive to me.
