Since you landed in the upper story of a building, you can try going down the fire escape near the window you crashed through. You could also try going through the door. No one seems to be home at the moment.

The blur around the woman's hands shift into a net gun that fires a net onto you, knocking you back in the air. The PRT troopers have no hesitation as they immediately fire at you, covering you in foam that immobilizes you as you fall to the ground. After making sure you are thoroughly incapacitated, the troopers open up another cell and haul you into it.

Even with his best efforts in flipping onto the walls and blasting the guards, it wasn't long before his leg got hit, and the rest of him shortly followed as he sat there in a foamly lump on the floor.

Wind was the only member of Semptember who truely took pride in her costume. Fire; while he went through the painstaking process of getting hair inserted into his clothes so they'd transform with him, didn't wear much other than a sweater and a mask. Earth didn't really have a choice about being "in-costume", so he opted for the bare minimum barring going full-birthday suit; a broad and absurdly stretchy pair of shorts.
Wind felt pride as she stretched her windsuit, which was optimized to help her glide as she thrust herself upwards with gusts of air. Decreasing pressure in front of her meant she didn't really need to wear googles due to the lack of air resistance, but she felt like letting the chilling front blast her in the face, sending her hair ripping behind her.
She forgot about everything that was happening below, and even then, it was an oddly quiet night for Brockton Bay, considering the mouthful Armsmaster gave the team on its gang activity. From her vantage in the air, not much seemed amiss.

Looking off into the distance; Wind noticed the Protectorate HQ, standing alone in the bay, but shining like a beacon of hope for the people who lived in it.
She thought about asking some higher-ups at the local building to see if the team could visit, but that might end up being more busywork than it was worth.
The market was quiet; and while the view was nice, Wind took off in a blast, rustling leaves of some of the taller trees in the area.
She flew back down the bay towards the local Protectorate building, where Fire and Earth were probably still snoozing.
On her way, she spoke into her walker-talkie, wanting to make sure everything ran soothly. She decided to contact the base: "This is Wind. I'm currently on-patrol in the skies above Boardwalk, so far it seems everything's green on my end. Everything looking peachy around town?" she asks.

While i wait for Melrin to return, i do a quick check with Power Sight to see if there were any changes in the powers of my team, while asking Blake to do the same with me. Merlin returns to the rest of the group.
I look towards him, doing a quick check with Power Sight on him too. then crouch down a bit, to meet him eye to eye.
"Found anything ?"
I ask, which Merlin replies by whispering something to me.
"I see."
I stand up.
"Ok team, let's go."

If it wasn't for the nightmare she woke up from, Wind would have made a silent "Thanks" for the calm and quiet night.
While studying the crime of a city she never lived in, Wind started feeling out of touch. She and her friends had just been dropped into this world, and it just seemed off that the local heroes acted so nonchalantly around them, as if they had always been heroes here.
Wind's hometown wasn't large enough to have a major Protectorate presence there, meaning the few local heroes there were all that they had in terms of fighting cape violence. When she was a kid, everyone in her town had wanted one parahuman there to make a name for it... but that would have had to involve leaving the town itself. After she joined Fire and Earth and formed September, it was still fairly isolated, only interfering in petty crime. Here? It's like the whole world was watching her, waiting for her to mess up again.
She's turned her thoughts away from home, still gawking at the large swathes of territory in the area controlled by what were essentially Neo-Nazis. And above he Bible Belt at that. But looking at the bigger picture, it felt like she was looking at a house of cards, held in a delicate balance that could be easily disrupted.
Feeling a bit lonely, and wanting to talk to someone who wasn't part of the mess yesterday, she spoke in her walkie-talkie.
"Wind again. I'm planning on doing a sweep around some of the less friendly parts of town, and might want some extra hands. Is there any other Protectorate heroes on-patrol?"
