New Echidna vs Old Echidna

  • Cleaned up and redone justifications and adding sources/refs
  • AP, SS, and Dura get a "up to 5-C". This is because Tattletale's power claims that, given enough time and material to absorb, Echidna could grow to moon sized. Not only is Tattletale's power very reliable given its purpose is giving her information, but it's within the scale for the verse as well. Echidna is basically guaranteed to be a Broken Trigger/has a broken Shard. Broken Triggers/generally unrestricted Shards are Shards without much of their restrictions for the Cycle, leading to a lot of problems. One example is Ash Beast, whose broken Trigger lead to him being basically subsumed by his Shard, which is currently happening to Echidna, what with all the autopiloting that happens to her. This is also again within the scale of the series already, with known non-Broken Triggers even reaching High 6-A levels, such as String Theory creating guns that would knock the moon out of orbit, or the Tinker 15 whose Shard was forcing him to build a giant tower gun that could suck up and shoot out the entire atmosphere of an Earth all at once.
  • Added Large Size (Type 0, up to Type 4) for the mentioned moon thing.
  • Added Additional Limbs and Bodily Weaponry for the multitude of additional limbs she has, which includes claws
  • Added Type 2 Immortality due to being able to survive any injury as long as her core is intact.
  • Added Stat Amp for her reinforcing her existing mass bit.
  • Added Duplication, Power Mimicry, and Power Modification. She spits out mutated clones of living beings she absorbs, and if she does so to parahumans, the clones can have altered powers.
  • Regen upgraded to High-Mid. Echidna only needs her core to be alive, with the core itself supplying the endless biological material needed to regenerate, and a core should count as "from a small piece of the user's body".
  • Removed Resistance to Gravity and Water Manip. She does not resist either, she just out-regenerates the damage to not die:
Eidolon made his move. My bugs could sense the air growing heavy and humid. Vomit dried, and clones staggered and fell.

The humidity increased to the point that I could feel the moisture flowing through the air in thick clouds, rising from every surface, heavy off the bodies of the clone, off Noelle and the streams of vomit.

My bugs were dying. The flying insects were first to die, their wings crinkling. The ones closest to me were alive, but they were suffering too.

I'd positioned some bugs so that they could distinguish Noelle's vague lumbering frame against the background of the dimly lit sky. Her flesh was drying and flaking off in chunks as the moisture was pulled out with force.

But the ground still rumbled with the vibrations of her steady advance, and for all the dried flesh that was falling free, she wasn't getting noticeably smaller to my bugs' senses.

Eidolon hit her with a gravity slam. More flesh came free. I saw a change, with that, but the edges of the silhouette filled in.

"She isn't dying?" I asked, my voice a murmur.

"She's regenerating," Grue said.

Eidolon reached out with one hand, and she instinctively rushed out of the way.

The gravity effect hit her, and she could feel her flesh tearing, feel the extremities ripping: her ears, nose, lips and all the little pieces of her monstrous lower half. At her shoulders, the top of her head, the flesh above her spine on her lower half, the flesh was pulled down and away until it started to rip.

  • Changed Speed rating to just flat Subsonic. She goes from standstill to 80 mph instantly and was able to maneuver herself at that speed to even dodge attacks while running up a skyscraper.
  • Range for vomit upgraded to Hundreds of Meters for going out 600-700 ft. Gets a "up to Thousands of Kilometers" end for the above mentioned moon thing.
  • Expanded on and sourced her Weakness section

New Bakuda vs Old Bakuda

  • Added scans and better justifications for existing stuff
  • Added Technology Manip, Preparation, Info Analysis, Power Mimicry, and Power Mod. These are all kinda just lumped together as its a core function of basically every Tinker. Given enough time and material they can make stuff, and they can scan powers in some shape or form to get inspiration in order to make tech that relates to it, such as Bakuda making a space warping grenade after scanning Vista's power. The Power Modification is cause they don't copy the power wholesale a lot, and are moreso inspired by it, as seen by how Bakuda's bomb only warps living matter, while Vista's works on everything but living matter. This applies to every Tinker unless the specific character has reason not to. As such, this can be applied to any of our Tinker profiles, either now or later, depending on if people working on any pages just wanna include that in their next revision should it be on an outdated/in need of cleanup profile like Armsmaster or Bonesaw.
  • Replaced Black Hole Creation with Gravity Manipulation for her mini "black hole" bombs. Just seems easier when the only property they share with black holes is just intense pull
  • Added Illusion Creation for her hologram bombs
  • Added Enhanced Senses for her heat signature goggles
  • Added Air manip for a bomb that seemingly makes a vortex
  • Added Temperature Manip for a bomb that seems to just heat some pavement into liquid
  • Added Pain manip for a bomb that screws with your nervous system to hit you with massive pain
  • Added Adhesive Manip for a bomb that seems to make gold glue
  • Overhauled the AP section, adding 10-B for herself, 9-B for her Jeep, lowering the 9-A/8-C to 9-B+ since the storage locker feat actually has a calc now, and adding 8-A Environmental Destruction for a flash-freezing bomb.
  • Changed Stamina to Average. She doesn't really show anything particularly athletic, given she sets bombs and fires at a distance with grenade launchers and whatnot.
  • Changed Speed to Average Human. Again, Bakuda doesn't really showcase much physicality on her end, let alone to Peak Human levels. She also gets Subsonic for her grenade launcher and Jeep, and Subsonic+ for her mortar
  • Changed Lifting Strength to Average Human, same reasons.
  • Greatly expanded Range section due to said equipment
  • Redid and added all relevant equipment to her Standard and Optional Equipment sections
  • Redid her Intelligence section, adding a split between her baseline intelligence and intelligence she has related to and via her power, as they are not the same. Tinkers are extraordinary geniuses related to their field, as that's what their Shards are giving them info about, but otherwise just have their regular intelligence. All Tinkers will also scale to Extraordinary Genius based on the default aspects of every Tinker, as is at the start of Bakuda's Extraordinary Genius rating: "Tinkers have an advanced understanding of science, allowing them to make technology years beyond its time or even completely beyond modern understanding of science and technology. However what a Tinker can make is influenced by the specifics of their particular power, such as their specialty. Tinkers are also able to gain inspiration from seeing other powers, seeing them like raw data they can replicate for future tinkering."
  • Touched up her Weakness section

New Siberian vs Old Siberian

  • Adding scans and better justifications as always
  • Removing "Unkown with Siberian" from Tier/AP, Striking Strength, and Durability. The Siberian achieves what it does via reality/physics hax, shearing through things as an "unstoppable force" because of that, and there's no reason to have a tier associated with it.
  • Removing all resistances, as the Siberian is immune to powers via the entire gimmick of the aforementioned reality/physics hax. It's essentially equivalent to giving someone resistances due to their passive power null.
  • Removing Immortality. While technically correct in effective function, it's worded like Siberian and Manton are separate beings, when Siberian is just a projection of Manton. The Siberian doesn't have immortality as long as Manton is alive, Manton can just remake his projection at will, even when it gets destroyed. Thus the Immortality is replaced by Avatar Creation.
  • Proposing Manton can control the Siberian even while asleep, as the Siberian is known to hunt people for multiple days and nights straight, along with the fact Siberian has been with the S9 for years and yet no one suspected she was a projection, something that i feel would be very difficult should the Siberian disappear whenever Manton sleeps
  • Added Power Bestowal for Siberian applying her invul to things
  • Removed Matter Manipulation. There's really not a reason to assume she's erasing things on contact, and in fact basically all her showings of running into things show the opposite of being a matter erasing being.
  • Removed Superhuman Physical Characteristics, as stats just aren't a factor with Siberian as it's all physics hax and whatnot
  • Removed Pseudo-Flight, as I don't think her "gliding" is significant enough to even warrant pseudo Flight, all she really uses her inertia/air resistance dampening for is to allow her to leap big distances, not sustained gliding
  • Changed Infinite rating to Superhuman for Stamina. Shards do not have infinite energy, and the SIberian only persists so long as Manton is concentrated in some form, so even if he took perfect care of himself he would only be able to keep her active for another handful of decades
  • Changed Range to Kilometers, as Tattletale's power lets her suspect Manton can control the Siberian from miles away, but chooses not to either because it results in less control, or due to personal voyeuristic reasons.
  • Redone Weakness section
  • Touched up and revised Intelligence section
  • Added his van to his Standard Equipment, also adding relevant stats for where the Van applies. His MO is following the S9 around in it from a distance as the Siberian acts in his stead as one of their members, and he's done this for years. He's used it constantly for years and it's a core part of his strategy, so i think it fits in his Standard Equipment. And of course directly related to his truck, he would get a Subsonic rating for it for obvious reasons.
 
Still think Echidna should get a Breath Attack due to her super vomit.
Otherwise as one of the guys who constantly argued with you over these, yah this is good
