Okay. My new version still has a lot of flaws, but hopefully I can work with them more.

I've added some Flaws to try and make more variety in what Flaws people choose. This is going to be the last addition. Sorry Yobo

Master of None +4 SP (Incompatible with Master of One, Humble Begginings, and Second Trigger): You cannot select any power that costs at least five shard points.

Bizzaro: +3 CP, +3 SP: A tinker specializing in genetic alteration has created a clone of your character prior to the start of the RP. It has all your powers and skills without the flaws, and has been given a directive to kill you at all costs.

Master of One + 4 SP (Incompatible with Power Slot, Master of None, Second Trigger, and Humble Begginings): You are limited to one non-Trump, non-Master power. Whichever power you choose automatically undergoes Second Trigger.

..Yeah, one thing I notice is that, since you can't used Second trigger, it end up free up alot of point for you. For character specifically, you could end up with extra point, even if you literally used up all character perk. So I could see some potential here

Edit 2: Next up is power. You could see that despite I'm taking some shard point in perk here, I could still make up this monstrouscity of a power list, with all 1 shard point power, and a few 2 shard here and there, for a total of 17 skill. You could really optimize this

Budget COSTUME Basically, imagine the head & neck of Kamen Rider Black RX, with the whole Grasshopper thing going. Now, imagine like, a 3 inch thick Kevlar Vest, but there's two inches of solid Flex Seal Liquid behind the Kevlar on the inside of the vest.

Now, imagine those weird skin tight thermal wear pants, but there's shin pads and quad armor reinforced in solid Flex Seal Liquid and occasionally bit of like, Kevlar smacked on top. Now imagine a slightly more baggy pair of pants on top of that.
