Cana speed boost

So Cana in X792 and X793 should get her speed bumped up to Relativistic.

In X792, she should be superior to the Oracion Seis (whose X792 members are already Relativistic) for faring better than they did against August (which is why her AP is already above theirs), and in X793, she dodged a punch from Gray while drunk as a skunk in Chapter 41.

Not a big boost.
