could whole entire dream worlds which are their whole entire mental spaces which contains the dreams emotions memories minds and thoughts/ideas of characters then make that are both their own physical and real worlds existing completely separate from the universe and changes to them can effect/influence people existing in the real world count as any type of conceptual existence?
