bookmaker is a pretty strong seal/power null and stat down for the target , it seal every ability in the target and bring down physical stats down to kumagawa level

it also bypass most hax already in place but type 5 acausality is out of his reach probably


he can place it on a target instantly by erasing his own time ,thus making the time it would take to walk over and pierce the target down to zero

he then can erase the haxless opponent with All Fiction as the acausality as been sealed
