I did here something about Tier 0 being revised though. Right now, it's assumed that only verses full of 1-A and High 1-A's can have a Tier 0, but it really shouldn't matter based on perspective; of normal humans or other Outerversal gods. Tier 0 in general just means Supreme Diety/Monotheistic God who just literally have no limits or weaknesses. Obviously, it's not going to stop us from being really strict since NLF is still a thing, but it doesn't matter if said character's best feat is Low 2-C or 1-A, if they're well intended to be 2nd to none with literally nothing to challenge them, and nothing contradicts their state of being of having no beginning or no end, and a whole bunch of other stuff. That's more so Tier 0.

This is obviously not the case at all, unless you believe Zeno should have been considered Tier 0 before it was revealed there were multiple versions of him in the multiverse.

Completely different, the difference is that there are other timelines, and Zeno has demonstrated weaknesses and limitations; such as him clearly not having Infinite speed. In other words, there are contradictions to him being "Supreme being."
Like in a verse full of High 1-A's where the strongest character is not overwhelmingly stronger than the 2nd strongest character, they're both High 1-A at best. But I meant other things. I prefer to avoid talking about religion for obvious reasons, and obviously there aren't going to be any profiles based on them. But the Christian God is a definitive example of Tier 0. But let's not delve detail into that.
