Dumb idea I had in my head, can a fusion between two blonde kids with dreams beat the strongest version of Goku? Naruto and Giorno use the potara earing to fuse and make Gioruto. Can their combined power beat Xeno Goku? (Speed is equalized)

Yes, because CSaP wiki allows cross scaling and is literally allows you to make characters with what ever tiers you want.
