Notes: Feats in question are only really useful for Don Kanonji, who is a popular character in Bleach, though he isn't really relevant to Bleach's powerscaling or story.
The reason the priority is 4 or 3 is because he has not yet been added to the verse and while the CRT I will propose if Bleach ever has an empty slot has him scaling to a different character, the reasoning is shaky enough that even I'm not confident it's correct. If staff disagrees with the scaling, these feats will be important to determine his AP. If staff is fine with the scaling, these probably won't be used.

I think vaporization is fine (klol has tagged other CGMS) so lets wait for their opinion and the red line shouldn't be that big of an issue as even if we changed it the result will only slightly increase.

This one should be relatively simple as we're given a distance and a map of Orario. Just need somebody to make a calc for its actual size based on these info.
