If it helps, he also notes that this would kill hundreds of millions of people (Ch 374).

Edit: This is a canon map of the major Naruto countries, and the accepted distance between the Hidden Leaf Village and Hidden Sand Village is 1012 kilometers.

Actually, Marge does manage to move her eyes in tandem with the laser, not to mention Maggie can be seen in the background also moving in tandem with it

McQueen's weight is accepted as 1500 kg as per this (using the weight for cars from the common feats page for the calc), so putting that into a KE calculator alongside that given speed gives us 10.3528566149 Tons (or High 8-C+)

That's only a 1.062x difference between that and 11 Tons (or baseline 8-B), and since McQueen heavily upscales from the speed he's going in (as shown in comparison to Mater going 17000mph, as well as Mater straight up stating the speed McQueen was going in was nothing compared to his own) he should be in 8-B territory. Idk about the rest

• Astro sends Wako Tako, a giant octopus, flying into the horizon (who was powerful enough to part the entire sea in two and generate tsunamis), instantly dispersing a storm he caused in process. (AP and possibly LS for former?)
• Additional Lifting Strength:
  • Astro lifts a large boulder of cooled lava over his head with one hand and then throws it back at Wako Tako. (if a previous feat's LS is only through equipment)
