You can do what you think best seen I'm not good with calc but I think you can use the diameter of the light pillar to determined the destruction or using this red light to determine the damage? If you can't do this you can try the other one seen I think it less confusing.
Yeah, I understand your point but the damage is quite confusing in the sense that I don't know what happened, like if it just pushed things down or pulverised things ect...

Also, info of where the beam was shot from could help in upgrading the feat speed wise.

The beam come from a person, like a surge of energy and then blast it away. I think it pushing thing but also destroy the place he standing if that make sense?

Yeah, but where was this person, if you give me the chapters I could check it myself as to not hassle you.

True dragon can destroys worlds if they release all of their powers.
You can add time frame depend on you. This wasn't overtime by that statement but an attack that will really destroy the universe in one go.

The world worlds were more vast than universe
There were ‘otherworlders,’ so she was aware of that fact, but Velgrynd had never imagined that there were so many different worlds. They were governed by completely different laws, and there was no causality. It was a material world within a great spiritual world of many different civilizations. From the familiar world where swords and magic are the norm, to the world where magic is non-existent and cannot be used. There was also a rare world where scientific civilization had developed and humankind had become mechanized. There were weak worlds that could be blown away by a True Dragon if it unleashed all of its strength, and there were desolate worlds where angels and demons comparable to awakened Demon Lords were in constant conflict.

The universe is vast, but not as vast as the other worlds.

Something about the method used being inaccurate and not having the compressive strength of neutron star material

There's a ton of other calcs of this feat and none of them end up being used, so Idk if the feat is even calculable or worth calculating
That sounds a bit Odd but whatever

I’ve seen it reach like small planet lvl to planet lvl so idk. And I’d think they weren’t used probably cuz it was seen as an outlier at the time

Verse: Cyborg 009

Manga Feats:

Joe lifts and tosses a giant robot that punched through a metal and reinforced wall.

Joe slices through a tree and a scientist's cyborg glasses with his hand, while unaccelerated.

Joe, Great Britain and Albert survive a bombing run that obliterates a forest. 004/Albert and 007/Great Britain are two of the weaker cyborgs, so this scales to all of them.

All of the Cyborgs survive a blast that destroyed an army and several Black Ghost military facilities.

Joe falls directly into the center of an island busting explosion and is fine the next time we see him. This was calced on another site, but I'd rather have it "in house".

Joe survives attacks from 0013. 0013 could crush cars, sink ships, and Joe was certain he would sink Tokyo.

Supergun blows up a UFO built to withstand weapons from the time period (1970s).

Destroys Black Ghost's Demon-God statue/rocket "Generalissimo". The same statue flew into space and was responsible for nuking the army seen in the previous feat.

Supergun's primary mode is the "Heat Ray" which shoots in straight lines, reflects, and produces heat.

2001 anime feats:

no sells explosions from tanks and Howitzer cannons

No sells being blown up by an explosion larger than the base he's in, a shot from a tank, the tank he's standing on blowing up from being hit with a bazooka, being hit with torpedos, the robot shark he's right next to blowing up in his face, and two planes smashing together with him in the middle hard enough for both to explode.

The Super Gun is referred to as a "ray gun" in it's primary mode, and the beam reflects off surfaces, shoots in straight lines and heats up surfaces, implying it's a real laser.

Super Gun blasts down part of a cliff which was structurally undamaged by a house sized robot smashing into it.

Joe scales to the Supergun as he can fight people wearing armor immune to it and survive blasts from it.

Feat: Skynet's processing power speed:
Skynet's AI was an absolute marvel of human-machine science and engineering. First stumbled upon by Cyberdyne's Miles Bennet Dyson the computer's main central processing units used Quantum Effects chips. Until then computers were powered by chips composed of millions of transistors. Computing the old way was done using the binary system—ones and zeroes, ons and offs. With the QE brain in which 10^54 computations could be made each second, quadrillions of switching positions were possible, many of them simultaneously at each quantum level. All of this happened down around the Planck length—theoretically the smallest measurement possible—so infinitesimally small that superstrings were the major league players; strange ten dimensional building blocks that were more than one thousand billion billion times smaller than a single proton in the nucleus of a hydrogen atom.

Honestly I don't think this can be calculated friend, sure it is Supergenius level of intellect

So, how fast would Skynet's processing speed be? Massively Hypersonic?
If we count a single computation as a "Reaction speed" then

1/1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 = 10^-54 seconds

Or about 53 billion times smaller than the shortest measurable unit of time the planck time

Basically one of the fastest reaction times on the entire wiki

Thank you. I can give some further context on the clusters locations. The Consummate Sword Expanse “in a corner of the Dark Universe” in the North part of the Universe so we can assume it’s near the edge, and the Spirit Domain cluster is on the south of the Universe. The Dark Universe is 100 Billion Light Years in size. I’ll provide the scans when I’m on pc. Also, the low tier galaxy realm has only a few billion stars, but this calc can probably be applied to a peak tier galaxy realm, which has a full galaxy with hundreds of billions of stars
