Oh hey, I was just working on some calculations for El Tigre, but I was holding it back due to school.
Anyways, the monster throws the ships, so KE may be viable. Would probably get somewhere in the mid-high tier 8 to low tier 7 range, which is pretty consistent for what I have planned to revise it.

Yes, I have also calculated multiple things for El Tigre (Although not here), level 7 is pretty consistent.
