He is nowhere near planet level. There's absolutely no proof Thanos was using power from all the stones in that attack, since the power stone is the only one that even fires beams. None of the others do that. Even his awakened form is ranked too high (same rank as Hela, who was unphased by awakened Thor's strongest attack.)
