It scales to his durability as well via Newton's Third Law; it's not an instint suicide attack; therefore, his durability has to scale to his own attack to some extent. Additionally, he was legit hit with his collapsing roar cannon which further proves his durability. His physical attacks shouldn't be that much weaker than his physical attacks also.
