Scales to Saitama’s Normal Punch one-shotting a 5.68 Exaton character, and his Energy Bullets, Meteoric Burst, and ultimate attack scale greatly higher than that to an unquantifiable extent.

The biggest problem for Megatron would be Boros regeneration, Heat hax and Meteoric Burst State

The biggest problem for Boros would be Megatron´s massive reaction speed, intelligence advantage and Anti-matter

Honestly, this goes down to which one of them can use their advantages better

Heat hax doesnt mean much against this Megatron given Boros' heat scales to melting things that survive reentry iirc which is like 1.6k degrees meanwhile Megatron scales to Thundercracker who could survive a nuke which is 100 mil degrees.

There's a several tens of thousands of times difference between those two and Thundercracker, from what I remember, was pretty much unharmed from it.

Yeah, Saitama’s Heat Resistance description includes tanking a nuclear explosion for example. I’m not sure why we wouldn’t.

Boros remaining wincons are BFR and beat the shit out of Megatron physically

iirc, he used his BFR as an last-attack attempt, so it wouldn´t be In-character to him to use as one of his first moves

So yeah, or Megatron use his Anti-matter or Boros will likely becomes too strong for him to handle
