ok boba may not be as skilled in CQC but he does have some good CQC tools like his Flamethrower and fibercord whip.

Flamethrower is countered by aura and heat resistance, fibrecord is countered by Blake's lifting strength

welp, things aren't looking good for boba here, the only things going for boba are his higher Durability and AP (both are Multi-City Block level+) and maybe his Equipment. while Blake much more Skill, better mobility, and her Semblance Shadow.
